FAQ TOP
Here are a few things that you should know:

1. All items take 2-3 weeks to produce and 1 week shipping time.

2. If you need your item sooner than 4-5 weeks, we do offer Rush Processing. Please see polices for explanation.

3. If you receive your merchandise and see a small blue mark, it is a water soluable marker used for monogramming your items. You may also see them near the buttons and button holes. We remove these marks from each and every item however, they can sometimes reappear. Simply dab the mark with a damp cloth and it should disappear.

4. Bloomers are above the knee, they are not as short as diaper covers but are a short bloomer.

5. Pantaloons are mid calf.

6. Pants with ruffles are ankle length.

7. The link to "track your order" that you receive when you place your order is an error with the Yahoo system. All order tracking should be done through us.

8. With summer here, we are currently working on a 2-3 week manufacturing schedule BEFORE shipping. Please do not contact us if it has not been 5 weeks since the date that your order was placed. We are working to get your order to you as fast as possible and every e-mail or phone call trying to track an order that was placed sooner than 5 weeks ago only slows down the production process. Thank you for understanding.

9. We ask for a full name so that we can arrange the initials in the correct order if you choose initials for the monogram. If you only enter initials, you item will come with the initials in the exact order that you type them. If you choose a name, you will only receive the first name. Your monogram choices are inititals or 1 name. We can add additional names at an additional charge of $5 per name. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to add additional names to your order.

10. We no longer accept custom measurements. You must order from our size chart. If custom measurements are entered in the comments, your order will be made according to our size chart and not your measurement requests.

Returns or Exchanges TOP

Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for up to 14 days from the date it was received,  
Merchandise must be unworn, and in the original packaging. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.
 
Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.
 
Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color, or style.
 
Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail at customerservice@jammcouture.comt if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item or would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us. See below for how to send a return to us.
As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.
Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly--if you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.
Please note that if the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price on your new order--just contact us at customerservice@jammcouture.com.

Packing & Sending Your Return

The way you return an item to us will depend on whether you are returning an item you ordered yourself, an item you received as a gift, or an item you received by mistake. But each process is designed to be as easy as possible for you.
Keep in mind that no postage is necessary if the package is mailed from the United States.
Returning an item you ordered yourself
  1. Re-pack (but don't seal) your unused item in the original packaging.
 
Unfortunately, jamm couture can not be responsible for returns packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries. If you have any questions about the status of your return, contact us via e-mail .
Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
